		<description>Ai dreptate.Atasamentul se realizeaza mult mai  rapid si mai  bine.Angajatul poate sa isi dea seama mai  rapid daca a gresit sau a facut ceva  mai bun.Am lucrat la o companie care avea f bine pusa la punct acest aspesct.Chiar si in prezent am atasament fata de firma respectiva.</description>
